Cancellation Policy
we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our guests. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations
- More than 60 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee.
- 30 to 60 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund.
In the rare event that Arete Exped needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or insufficient participants), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another trip.
If you need to change your trip date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation.
How To Cancel a Trip
To cancel your trip with Arete Exped, please send an email to info@areteexped.com with the following information:
- Subject Line: “Trip Cancellation Request”
- Your Full Name: As it appears on your booking.
- Trip Details: Include the trip name, dates, and your booking reference number.
- Cancellation Reason: While optional, sharing your reason for cancellation can help us improve our services.
- Attach a Screenshot: Please attach a screenshot of your booking confirmation for our records.
Once we receive your email, our team will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refunds according to our cancellation policy. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 3 business days. If you have any questions or need assistance, eel free to reach out to our team
